Anyone get any extras they'd be willing to part with? I have a friend that paid for it but his order is still being processed so I'm sure it will be canceled.

Best buy might be digging a deeper hole for themselves. I finally got my cancellation notices and refunds for my other orders, and the cancellation reason says they were "unable to verify my information" which is not really true since my first order went through using the same info.
That will probably cause a shitstorm by itself.

i placed an order about 9:30. never received the game. it still says 'Order in process of being fulfilled.'

I just got the one
FYI, now they are saying they are going to revoke your access to the game on Steam even if you already activated and played the game.
Deep Silver is apparently pretty upset about it because they don't get paid the license fee on these Nvidia deals until a code is actually activated and that's why you have to do it through Nvidias site for accounting reasons.
I could see them contacting Steam over this.
FYI, now they are saying they are going to revoke your access to the game on Steam even if you already activated and played the game.
