That game is a fricking journey.

I loved every minute of it and enjoyed getting platinum.

Bloodbourne took me 18 months to complete.

I rage quit then took 18 months off.

Like most folks, there is a love hate relationship with Souls games. Patience really is the key. Don't go for the extra hit.

I almost rage quit again but pushed through and was glad I did. Having said that, I had no interest in doing it again with the Old Hunters.

There's a video on youtube with all the cutscenes. Its 11 hours long. Typical Kojima.

It's so hard for me to go back to Bloodborne after how good Dark Souls 3 was. I guess I hate the blood vial mechanic in BB since it encourages grinding for them. It's much better in DS3 since the health flasks restore every time you go to a bonfire.

Vials are so easy to farm though.

But it's the tedium of farming that kills my enjoyment with BB. Just adds an extra, unnecessary step to an already difficult game.

But you get experience to spend when you grind...so...you get stronger. I get what you saying but It was just never a hassle for me.

You can skip RDR2

If you are a big RDR fan I would highly recommend it. It took me like two months to beat and I probably spent 120’ish hours on it. I still play it sometimes.

Imo, it’s one of the best games I’ve ever played.

I will also join the club of people who dislike Uncharted.

I did not play when it originally came out. I bought the collection when it released and couldn’t get through the first game. I hated the gameplay. I did however watch playthroughs on YouTube solely because the story is entertaining.

God of War and Spiderman are two of my favorite that I recently played.

Haven't tried rdr2 because some peeps don't like it. So still waiting til that's at $10-$20 range.

The farming increases your stats along with getting vials. Not like the farming is just for healing. I think the system is perfect.

In fairness to the franchise, he only started with Uncharted 1 which has poor controls and camera angles. All fixed to perfection in Uncharted 2.

You guys crack me up. I sure hope none of you gave Death Stranding a positive review.

Meh, DS3's is better imo. I played BB, dropped it for a while, then went to DS3 and loved it. Tried going back to BB and it felt even worse.

Because I want to play the game and not watch cutscenes?

Its the frequency of interruptions that ruin it. Then when you finally get to play, the game is holding your hand. If the game isn't holding your hand, you are lending a companion a hand.

The game is more interactive story than game. It was "somewhat" enjoyable to play at times.

Really? I love the Uncharted series - beat 1 through 3 on the PS3 and just recently for the Nathan Drake Collection for PS4 to play them again, and picked up Uncharted 4 which I've never played.
