I was provided no information about how Xbox was made aware of the violation that they deemed ban worthy. You may be right and all they had to do was file a complaint.

It's weird. A lot of these sites run on algorithms when it comes to handling these situations. YouTube blocking videos for using proprietary IP without permission when it's not the case, you randomly get blocked from Twitter account but have never tweeted at said account.
