Is AC Valhalla as buggy as it seems?

I've run into multiple issues where I have to complete this other specific mission before I can get a treasure from 1 location. And if I do this before that, I can't go back and get it. It's an open play game but it seems they should have made it less constrictive as a game. Am I overthinking this?

I keep hearing about people getting all these bugs but I've had zero issues. Finished the game with no crashes, bugs, or glitches. I do spawn in drunk but I just think that's funny

And no this is not a bug. You can't collect the treasure because you don't have the 3 dagger keys. I don't see how that's constrictive. You can't open the door without a key

Mine was/is buggy on PS5. It does weird stuff that I really don`t know how to explain or understand what its actually doing. It seems like the the surrounding areas around me are still in digital form and not fully animated at times. A few other things that I can`t think of right now.
I honestly have not put more than about 20 hours in it total. It is my first AC game I`ve played. So I am still trying to figure out stuff when I feel like playing it, which hasn`t been much.

You sure you aren't close to one of the "Glitch in the Animus" side quests? When you're close to one, it makes the game appear to be digitized and improperly rendered in the immediate area. I thought the same thing the first time I ran accross one

The unable to talk to Reda bug was infuriating. Beat the game a couple months ago so not sure if thats still a thing.

Mine gets laggy during the world save. Other than that, it has been fine on PC.

60 hours in and have only had a few minor ones. Had to start a quest over because the NPC I was with got stuck behind a wagon, that was probably the only annoying one

I only had issues towards the very end of the game. Usually had to save, go main menu and then reload and then the glitch would go away.

It's the buggiest AC game I've played. Yes, even more so than Unity (which I had no issues with).
But most of the bugs are workable - mouths not moving when speaking was the most common.
I have not encountered anything like what you're describing.

Just got my first glitch. It was the Brewing Storm. No spoilers but you awake to go fight someone and they aren't there. At all. Can't fast travel anywhere either. I'm going to have to back track with past saves to figure out a way around it.

I've had a few glitches on sidequests but none on the main story.
like stuff not spawning properly, NPCs not pathing properly, etc.

Only bugs I've hit is sometimes people just don't talk during scenes, or audio and visuals not sync'd up. Have to close the game and re-open and it's fine. Has happened twice in maybe 20 hours so far.
