The specialists are still there. The bones for this game are still terrible. It plays better for sure but if you want a Battlefield game this ain’t it.

Yeah they rolled the specialists into the class system they brought back.

I didn't reply to you. And saying they still exist is like saying characters still exist, yes you have to play as a person.

Class system replaced specialist system is still a fact.


And ftr I don't think I've heard anyone really complaining about the new class system.

I don't ever play with anyone so the big scale Conquest games are never really appealing. My go to games with BF3 and on were Domination and TDM, Squad DM if I could find a game.

ETA reading your post again, there was a Domination playlist with all the previous BF games, same idea has the COD version, it was typically on the TDM version of the map, no vehicles.

yeah, i haven’t seen or noticed a Domination playlist. I too don’t usually get into Conquest for the same reasons and generally stick to Rush or Breakthrough, which is almost the same thing as Rush but you have to own both sites at once to capture a sector and move to the next. Every once in a while i’ll get the itch to play with the expanded vehicle options you only get in Conquest and load into a match.

My only issues right now with the game are 2 things:
1) The guns shoot straight lasers, no recoil or accuracy drop off. An example of this, is the fact that a sniper can get the first shot on me and i usually can turn, find them, and laser them with an assault rifle before they can get off the 2nd shot to kill me.
2) Passenger vehicles are too overpowered, specifically passenger aircraft. Folks camp those and if the pilot is even remotely decent or has a repair guy, they’ll stay up the entire match.

That's my biggest problem with recently DICE games. Why does it always have to make a comeback? Why can't it be good from the start? BF1 was probably the only Battlefield title in the last 15 years that wasn't a total train wreck at launch. Didn't even include the Battlefront games, but those were bad at launch too. Horrible bugs, horrible net code.
