I hate the noise it makes when that happens, so I usually craft to 20 then loot the rest. But I don’t go near a trial unless I’m maxed

I went into that last trial/boss with 25 and walked out with zero. Definitely the toughest.
Just a tip - in the final phases, if you circle the outside you will get lucky and find one or two that he either drops or they’re randomly there. I was dodge rolling my arse off to get to it

Yeah just around 41 hours for me to finish the main and several side quests. I finished Poppy, Sebastian and Natty all before the finale

Gonna get going on a second playthrough, this time with Gryffindor or Hufflepuff. Gonna keep my first playthrough just in case they add New Game + at some point

I really wish I'd known that side room of the Room of Requirement was going to get an upgrade at the end of the game. I had the walls decorated like I wanted and it deleted all the wall decorations when it expanded.

I didn’t do anything but add potion and growing stations. I’m glad I did because it caught me off guard too. I don’t know that I have the patience for redecorating the whole place like Animal Crossing

Thankfully I hadn't gone quite that far with it but it's because it's such a pain in the arse, I figured I'd get some wall decor up over my potions and plant stations that were themed for each and call it good. Next thing I know I'm being credited for a bunch of moonstone and all my shite is out in the middle of the floor looking dumb

Literally all of them (minus Phoenix and Graphorn which I don’t have yet). Three vivariums, 4 species each, 3 of each species. I don’t stress over frequently farming them. Just anytime I come to my RoR to identify gear, I make a farming pass. That’s given me plenty of material for upgrades.

This was the only way I got them. There are quite a few out in the rest of the world (ie: outside Hogwarts and Hogsmead).

Fextralife is awesome. I did look up a few things and it seems that the site is currently incomplete for this game, which is understandable. It took a long while for the Elden Ring site to get most of the stuff logged. I'd imagine it won't take too long for everything in Hogwarts to get documented there.
