Far Cry Insanity Bundle

It's $17.99 right now for Far Cry 3 Classic Edition, Far Cry 4 and Far Cry 5. I've never played a Far Cry game. Are 3-5 good games?

good not great. 3 was the better of them IMO. If I didn't already own them I would jump on this deal.

I actually never finished 5, it got a bit repetitive but was still fun.
they are all standalone stories too. looking forward to Far Cry 6

I haven't played 4 or 5 but 3 is awesome and this seems like a great deal. These games are the definition of sandbox, play your own style action shooter.

Games are a lot of fun but get repetitive for sure. Environments for all of them are pretty phenomenal. I got stuck more times just roaming through the jungles/woods with a bow hunting shite 
For that price, well worth it. I just wish they would remaster Far Cry Instinct so I can play its multiplayer again. One of the best ever.

If you have played any of Ubisofts other open world games then you will experience the same repetitiveness, but they are fun games.

The only thing I'll give 3 is the shooting felt better for some reason. 4 is more realized version of 3 with a protagonist you can actually like, plus a better villain. 5 has a lot more to do vehicle wise and you can co-op the whole thing.

I will say this much. You will burn your arse out if you are a completionist.
I love many aspects of far cry but at a point with 3 games you will get tired quickly

I do like my trophies. I saw that for the platinum online is required for 4 and 5 which may prove problematic this far after release. Thankfully for the Classic Edition of 3 they removed the online trophies.

They are still fairly active. I did 4 earlier this year and had to wait for the MP lobby a few minutes but not too bad. If you need someone to do the co op missions I'll help you out. PSN is same as here. I can help you boost the FC5 multiplayer too.

I never said I didn’t enjoy the game. But the progression is tedious. Completing all the zones, with the drugs, quests, defeating the bosses. Making you despise Joseph more and more. And then…. That ending.
There’s a ton of Easter eggs leading to it in the game too.

It was fun. I don’t even know if I finished the story. I just ran around hunting animals with a bow and arrow a lot of the time
