I have sat down and watched Heavy Rain and the Last of Us all the way through because my PS3 died.

I watched almost of tLoU because we threw out the PS3 around 2011.
Saying that, I will be purchasing the PS4 version in excitement to play.

Never played and actually wish I didn't throw my PS3 around 2yrs prior, the game looked like fun but wasn't worth purchasing another with those shtt graphics.
It was a proper last dance for the PS3 though.

I don't know if fun is the word I would use to describe TLoU. It just hits you. You get attached to the characters.

Fun doesnt describe tLoU from the looks of it. I should have used "enjoyable" since the story looks interesting enough to carry the game from start to finish.

I'm not sure how anyone can see this and think it'll be a good game. I'll be getting but it looks like an awful B-horror movie. I'm sure it'll be fun in the same way as Deadly Premonition and Earth Defense Force is.

the graphics I can deal with, tho I'm sure they'll improve from now till when it releases. and automatic weapons + samurai swords/machetes/sledge hammers + army vehicles may not be an equation everyone likes, I however think it's a recipe for awesomesauce
not to mention the watermelons and rainbow colored chickens

Don't want to post this on the tech board, but I want a new tablet. I have a HP Touchpad with android on it but it doesn't perform like I want when playing games on it. What are some good options out there?

It looks really bad, and not the graphics. The gameplay systems, story, etc. Everything about it screams low budget and unfinished.

I have to kinda agree. I didn't watch the trailer until just now, but when they show the same finishing animations or attack animations and the same audio 4 or 5 times in a 2 minute video, that doesn't look good to me.
