Does corresponding to anyone outside of your marriage make you an a-hole/POS/scumbag, absolutely. Especially if you've done it before and had to carry the shame of that being out in the public.
I think Twitch's responsibility in this is being completely overshadowed by the piling on of Doc. They should have as much, if not more to answer for because of what they allow on their platform and what went on behind the scenes regarding all this.

that kind of talk happens out in the open all the time. Ninja is guilty of it live on stream while playing H1Z1. was it a minor? no one knows... but probably seeing how long ago it was.
the fact that ex-Twitch employees are singing like canaries tells me that some NDAs might've expired.... or maybe not since Doc is still holding back on some info.
i don't want to think the worst, but it probably is. i hope we get more info, but we probably won't.

Yeah that email makes it sound like he didn’t know until after the fact. But if you are going to put out a multiple paragraph response defending what you did by basically saying it was blown out of proportion. And there was no wrong doing, then it better include the words “I was not informed until after the fact that she was a minor.” Or something along those lines. What if it turns out that Twitch knew and set up the whole meet and didn’t tell Doc, hoping to catch him. I’m sure that’s cope but it would make things interesting.

Doc is a fricked up individual and he needs to check himself in his personal life. He's not doing right by his family certainly regardless of if you consider him a true pedophile or not.
I do find it interesting that many of the people on the internet I've seen who are most vocal about doc hitting on a 17 year old don't have a problem with a child younger than that changing their gender. We're really at an all time low for morals. We don't agree on anything as a society anymore.

Dude had it made, he only streamed 3 times a week but had huge viewership and endless amount of sponsors. Made all kinds of appearances at sporting events in his "Doc" attire. No idea as a streamer how you come back from it. His chat is going to be TOXIC and roast tf out of him and rightfully so.
