Yea. It last about 5 secs. Basically turns body shots in to headshots with the buff. Let’s you win 2v1s sometimes if you can get the first guy fast enough.

I believe that is where mine dropped. It is definitely king in close quarters.
Good lord crucible was sweaty last night. I don't what it was but I've never been on worse teams in my life going up against teams of 3 & 4 all night. I'm pretty sure the majority of my games last night, at least half my teams was under a .75 efficiency.

It is part of the Nessus loot table.
So you can get it to drop from farming Failsafe. That is also where Uriel's drops.
It also can drop from random engrams, but Failsafe is it's actual vendor.

Seeing those 26s is nice. Antiope plus Uriel's with HC is my go to right now. Nothing outguns UG at medium range if your shot is good. Last hope can give you problems close, but antiope competes with it.

There is 100% SBMM in quickplay. Seen too many D1 sweats and streamers to think otherwise. Solo queuing is harsh sometimes.
PvP needs a lot of work if it is going to survive. It took a few nice steps forward and some massive steps back.

Eh, it depends on the night. Tuesday through Thursday it's sweaty as frick from people doing Call to Arms.
Weekend QuickPay is nice because all the sweat is in Trials.

High Cal is almost cheating. UG for pvp is superior, imo. Haven't used The Number, though.

Yep. For as big an emphasis they put on team play, it is unacceptable to not have a solo queue server where everyone is solo.

Hand cannons still crush people if you can land the headshots but with the shitty fricking bloom being put back on them it's as much luck as skill it seems like unless they're close. Lucky pants help a lot
