Control Ultimate Edition

Underrated game. Has a few frame issues in spots (don't know if this was patched) but the story is really interesting with good gameplay.

Was really hoping this would come to Game Pass. I guess that's probably unlikely with them dropping the Ultimate Edition.

I played for 2.5 hours straight last night. Hardly do that for any game anymore.. so it's definitely interesting. Can't wait to see what happens. Heard the bosses get kind of tough. I recall fighting Salvador at my friend's house and just couldn't beat it.. but probably wasn't giving 100% effort since it wasn't my game and I had no idea what was going on in the game to that point.

just finished the new AWE expansion, was pretty disappointing imo. was really expecting alot more than what it offered.

i enjoyed the Foundation one tho.

the combat gets tiring after awhile, at least to me. exploring and flying around is fantastic, so that has kept me coming back to play the DLCs.

Absurd difficulty spikes in the combat plus the horrible checkpoint system is a mood killer at times. Loved the main game despite all of this, but if it wasn't for the well written lore, it would be a very difficult game to play through again.

Downloaded this on my PS5 because it was free game in February. Just getting started, but I’m enjoying it a ton.

Yeah I’m only a couple hours in, but I can see it being pretty repetitive after a while. I’m enjoying the powers and the gun play. It’s also real smooth on 60 FPS. I saw the campaign is only 10-12 hours, so at least it’ll be a quick play.
