I've spent a good bit, probably 100-115 over the 12+ months I've been playing. I've rationalized it that it cost about the same a month as netflix but this is something I do every day still.


In my current clan we had a guy go from purple walls to black in 2 days and lvl 5 wizard towers to 7 in same span. Claims he did it farming not buying gems

Never played that, I do WWF, this, and Simpsons and that's it. This is the only one ive spent IRL money on, although when I started I wish I had been smarter about it. As I used my gems to complete projects thus wasting the gems IMO

Yea I've learned (although late and wasting about 50 bucks) to use then in order to keep storage a filled when I have an upgrade. As 10 bucks now will last awhile with the gold I could buy

Nope, I could drop down to your trophy range and attack you and get like 500 gold/elixir

That is dependent on TH level, that is why you could be at max storage and I wouldn't get very much from you having a TH9. No one knows exactly how the percentages actually work though

Don't rush the TH, upgrade the stuff around such as defenses/troops while you go

I've been mostly focusing on economy, but I had to go TH to get more buildings available.
