I commented on this on reddit, and I'll say it again.
This is a nice chart, but it's missing a ton of games. There's even stuff that announced and shown at major press conferences that's missing from this list.

anything key? im guessing you mean indie games, but anything like killzone or battlefront that people actually notice at first glance?

Depends on what you view as key.
D4 and Crimson Dragon were both announced at MS's conference and both are absent.
They're missing 20-30 Vita and 3DS titles (that's to be expected tbh). I don't have a prepared list of every game at E3, but I did notice a big absence of games I know are on the showfloor.
Edit: Looking further, it seems they just ignored certain publishers. Don't see anything by Aksys, XSeed, Atlus, NISA, etc.

I think you're stretching those comments a bit. The dev said they'd like to bring it to PS4. The article I read also mentioned a deal between respawn, ms, EA prevents any further comment.
