Other than the extra 7 days of paid work, are the employees being mistreated or uncompensated in some manner? The employees are also receiving bonuses of 10% of the company’s annual profits. That’s kind of a big deal when Cyberpunk is going to rake in hundreds of millions easily and they have like 1,000 employees. Law doesn’t require that.
