Aren't battlefield and COD competing for the same market? Aren't they similar products? Why can't they be compared without y'all crying about it?
FWIW I spend time playing both so I'm not totally loyal to either one.. however, IMO BF is a much better game overall

Battlefield and CoD are two completely different games that play very differently. And it's possible to enjoy both, even though BF has been getting it right more lately than CoD. It seems that CoD may get my money now.

The first few replies in the thread are from BF fans attacking COD. The OP didn't mention BF.
Can't both games co-exist? The graphics argument is really weak. The best CODs have shitty graphics compared to BF. Not really what the game is about. The two games offer completely different experiences IMO but do compete for the same player base.

What defines a Battlefield geek? I played COD religiously until the boots left the ground, so I moved on to Battlefield. BF is awesome all around. I don't see how anyone can shite on it. Yea, it is a little slower than COD because of the map size, but it is way more realistic. Battlefield also has better graphics, which in my mind is very important to quality of game. Although I left COD when it turned to shite, I am very excited to play the new COD; I even have it preordered.

Call of duty has been garbage since BO2, but Battlefield is crap as well. You can put a diamond on a dogs turd, but it's still a pile of shite.
