I'm really surprised this guy hasn't developed more of a following.
Say what you want about Final Fantasy XV, but I put this guy easily at the top of the franchises villain list.

2nd dlc's story wasn't nearly as good. I barely remembered what happened. vampires or something

That’s another game I bought on release and played once before jumping to something else. Game just seemed shitty. At least everyone agrees he was good

I need to play it again, I played it on release too. I've heard they've made it a lot better with patches.

As a day one XV owner I was felt like I was robbed of what Ardyn could have been. Granted a lot has changed since then and I know they are adding more DLC including an Ardyn arch but holy frick was I pissed that we were so slighted by lack of Ardyn story. The game had really left a bitter taste in my mouth but I will give it another shot once it is completed.
