eta: finch you need to fix the server cause it is set at 16 players.
also, I would just make the playlist one game mode. ie: all conquest cause conquest players usually only want to play conquest.

it's a glitch cause it will randomly switch the player limits from 24 to 16 or 8.
go into the my servers tab and you can change it.
