Im going to be super biased but Grant Kirkhope made absolute bops for Banjo-Kazooie, Tooie, and Donkey Kong 64.
WCW/NWO Revenge has a great original soundtrack.
Of course, THPS 1-4 and UG
Mario Kart 64 Rainbow Rd is top tier.

The Fields of Ard Skellige-Witcher 3
This absolutely blew me away when I first got to Skellige. I legit trotted on Roach from one side of the map to the other taking in all the scenery and listening to this. It was incredible

Recent Best Soundtrack Ever would be for Outward. I think the score probably bumps the game a full letter grade up. Does a great job of complementing the atmosphere.
