servers at launch and for the first month will still be hit and miss, i bet. But I hope BF6 is the tits, it’ll be the death knell for COD.

Not sure on the 128 man..om bc2 bf3 and 4 I played console. By the time bf1 v and 2042 came out I was just.not playing them too much on my pc

The COD series still rakes in cash, be it people buying simply because they've always bought it, or with microtransactions and battle passes. You may not like where it is now, but it's not going away.
And I hope it doesn't. There's room enough for both styles of games. I always loved having two totally different shooter options depending on what mood I was in. They both scratch different kinds of itches.

yeah cod isn't going anywhere and they still make a lot of money but the enthusiasm for it is dropping. warzone is starting to die again.

CoD doesn't really have a PC community so you can say it's dead on that platform, it's never been any real competition for Battlefield which is far more PC centered. Even now it peaks at 70K players on steam across all the CoD's and warzone. That puts it behind games like Rust, Stardew Valley, Apex, Dead By Daylight.

I got a notice from playtstation about the open beta, i added it to my library and downloaded last night.
Am I in? I don't want to keep chasing codes so I'm fine to try it out on PS5.

I played one conquest match before i had to get kids ready for school and head to work. It was really fricking good I cant lie. Everything felt smooth. The environment was incredible. Graphics were amazing. When taking an objective an enemy tank rolled in smoked our whole squad lmao it was great.
The gunplay feels solid. I do wish the graphics were slightly bigger or more noticeable when getting a kill or objective. I hate to say it but I'm probably gonna pre order it. I wasn't really looking for a FPS game but was looking for a new game to play. I also wasnt expecting it to be this good.

i'll play it later tonight, but i'm probably gonna do a month of EA Play Premium to see how the final product is. $17 is easier to swallow than $70.
