I don't have discord. I'm not certain what it even is tbh. I just play on my phone.

it's a party chat program for PC users. there is a mobile app as well.
and yes, since the game doesn't support voice chat, discord really enhances the experience of the game.

they're muted while everyone does their tasks. when a body is reported or an emergency meeting is called, everyone unmutes and reports who they think it is instead of doing using the chat messages from the in-game ipad.

also, it'd probably be better if the TD discord server had

It’s a pretty fun game, surprised it took this long to take off from when it was released. Having it free on phones and tablets and all of them are cross platform playable with each other is nice.
Makes me want to play space station 13 again though for more reason to the tasks.
