That would be amazinggg. After tomorrow I'm going to Dallas for 4 days so if I can't get on someone's gravy train before I'll have to sell on my island to break even for the week.

No rush I could even come on at 4:30 or 4:45 if she needs more time. I’m just going to visit my old college roommate who got a good job in software engineering at L3 in Greenville for a few days. We’re going to go eat out a few places like the pecan lodge (heard their bbq is incredible).

Looks like you had all of the flower colors on the island. I might have an extra green mum I can drop off next time I come if you don't have that one (only one I didn't see). Soon you should have all of the bird villagers

So my big spike is 100% tomorrow morning per the prophet, and obviously I'll open it up to you guys for those who couldn't make it today, but as far as opening it to the exchange I have a question.
I saw where some of you mentioned roping off everything so they can only go to the Cranny. Is that to keep them from stealing any villagers? I can certainly do it but it seems like it'll be some work lol and just want to make sure it's recommended when opening up to strangers. Thanks!

I'd do fencing from your airport to nooks if you're worried about people trashing your island. Also it gets them in and out faster

I second this - if you let them run free, god only knows what they'll get into (steal your fruit, your shells, pluck or run through your flowers, spend all day in Ables keeping people from being able to fly in and out). If you make a chute that blocks them from all of that they stay out of mischief and leave when they realize there's nothing else to do.

When I opened up several weeks back, I set up the rope fencing beforehand just to help guide people straight there and help speed things along. It gets chaotic. You can barely move. I try to run to Nooks and back to airport as fast as possible when I visit.
