What did Sony do better than Microsoft? I'm not knocking your ranking or anything. Just curious what you thought was better than everything Microsoft showed.

Dunno. FF7 Remake, The Last Guardian, Shenmue 3. Any of those are solid picks.
Just Cause 3 looked like a good sandbox overseen by Michael bay.

I have an incredible PC that has been doing the stuff xbone was "praising" all day yesterday... not to mention I am not a huge FPS or GoW fan, Sony just won it hands down for me.
(the early development... meh, PC - games like Elite or ARC... eh, already own and play them... mods? eh, already done, etc.)

That's fine, and I don't expect people to love it all. That said, it's apparent that many people did want it.
For technical showpieces, Horizon and Uncharted 4 were the best looking games of the show, imo. Tomb Raider was also excellent looking.

What did Sony do that was so great though? They announced a remake. That's about it. Microsoft announced innovations that will connect Xbox and PC gamers together.
