Contrast with Microsoft who has pulled a 180 since the Xbox One launch. Of course I don't think Microsoft would be any different if they had the lead and didn't have to reverse so much backlash.

I hope the 60 fps was worth killing the split screen. I know local MP Halo 3 was huge during my community college days.

I personally like the UI but I agree it can be a bit confusing sometimes. However, with the release of Windows 10 later this year, I think the Xbox One is going to get that UI update you're talking about. I'm more excited about that than almost any game being released this year.
