Last time I bought bought buffalo sauce at the store there were only a handful of options. I ended up picking "Moore's". It was a standard buffalo sauce.

Tiger Sauce is a good change of pace

1/2 Crystal Hot Sauce and 1/2 butter is good too.

If you want something a little different, I'd try this recipe; it's my favorite homemade wing sauce. Go heavy on the sriracha sauce.

Bourbon Street Buffalo Sauce

Bottle of Crystal
Bottle of Red Devil
1/3 bottle Tabasco
1/2 t garlic powder
1 stick whole butter

Heat, mix and coat wings. Eat. Repeat

Frank's Red Hot with butter to adjust the heat to your liking...I like to throw in some lemon pepper and garlic powder.
