“Yam fried chicken”

I am watching Triple-D, and he was in OK City, at a place called Florence’s.
This sweet little old black lady makes candy yam fried chicken.

It’s regular fried chicken, plus she makes candy yams.
After the yams are done, she has a pot of the left over liquid from the yams. She dunks the chicken in the liquid. It looked awesome.
I’m thinking. Instead of whole chicken pieces, do it wing style.
