Probably the same we I ate this (not my pic) at the Mirage, Carnegie Deli. Split it with the wife and used a knife and fork

And, only ate 1/4 of it.

I ain't sure, but I'm willing to try. It's a popular sandwich in Portland from Basilisk. They serve chicken, fries, and koolaid flavors soft serve...

Alledgedly better than Chik-fil-a

I hate it when restaurants make sandwiches so difficult to eat, but I could definitely eat that by myself.

It looks to be one brioche bun with a single, large piece of chicken and small amount of toppings. I don't see that as a particularly difficult challenge.
