Bars are only as good as the people that go there. The actual bar is largely inconsequential to me.

That clientele isn't even there anymore. Poor Office died with the opening of City Bar.

So here are the 5 places for picking up a total D-Bag:
AAA, The Station, The Office, City Bar, Sullivan's on Thursday night.
The following places just suck on general principle:
Happy's, Clicks, Fox and Hound, Boudreaux and Thibodeaux, Punchers
The next group could be great with some actual bar management and a makeover:
Hound Dogs, Bald Eagle,Ivars, Zee Zee Gardens.
Really thinking about this has depressed me. I will be at the Bulldog, Radio Bar, Mud and Water, The Patio, The Time Out or Phil Brady's having a drink.
Is it bad because it is mismanaged and dirty or because of douchebag clientele?

Baton Rouge really does have one of the worst bar scenes for a big city that I have ever been to.
I do love Port Royal/The Cove though.
