If I go to Willa Jeans on a Saturday around 1:00, how long will the wait usually be? (The Saints are playing in town the next day)

The wait their even when they are busy isn't typically long. I went once before a Noon Saints game at 8:45 and we didnt have a wait.

This should have no effect on your wait time on Saturday. Shouldn’t be a long wait.

IS this place still “hot”?

Don’t think there will be a wait. It’s just ok

well get the open table app on your phone and make a reservation for the time desired. Win!

Their website states there are no reservations. First come first serve.

I like every other restaurant in that building better than Willa Jean.

I mean, I'm not going to argue it's overall objectively a better restaurant, but I'm certainly more likely to go there than Willa Jean, so I think my original statement stands, yeah.

Aren’t the same chefs still operating it with the same menu? The only difference is they bought it from Lopez and changed the name?

My feelings as well. For what it is, (a chain pizza joint) they certainly make a great little pizza at a great price point.
