What a great neighborhood bar and grill it was….

what about Brew-Bachers on Government? they had construction fencing up a while ago and then took it down.

Probably not an ideal time to reopen a restaurant. The costs of goods have gone up significant....as have labor costs...in the event you can actually find someone to work.

Believe it actually just sold recently, not sure what’s going on though but believe they’ve already started doing something.

Most things have leveled out, wings are actually cheaper then pre Covid prices.

Per staff at the Highland George’s the Perkins property was sold. They had no other info.

Wings have definitely hit the floor. Babybacks as well. I looked at markets today and supplier costs, wings are $1.40 and babybacks are $1.80. Amazing! Everything else is still high.

Says me, cause I buy cases of wings weekly. They’re currently under .90 # for all three suppliers some being .60 for jumbo. Cheers

Smoke did not own the build that Georges’s is in only the name…..hears his son and we’re fighting before Covid about reopening….. heard that interstate widening was not going to affect it but it was going to take overpass merchant…..they are suppose to move where the Perkins road exit and entrance is now…..
