The Jambalaya Shoppe has some locations open on Sunday. I know the one on Old Hammond Hwy is open. CHeck their website for other locations and hours.

Order it on Saturday and put it in the fridge. Warm it up on the stove/oven on Sunday.

Can’t really go wrong with Jambalaya Shoppe. They do a good job and not too pricey

i went with Rouses. Logistically it works best with what I need to get for my sons party. I can knock out the balloons, grab canes, then rouses.
I hope its decent.

You don’t have time to cook yourself?

Lord. We can’t always just whip out the cast iron.
I have never ordered jambalaya for an event but I went to a kids sports function the other evening and a mom brought jambalaya from The Jambalaya Shoppe and it wasn’t bad. It was packed in styrofoam ice chests and actually did well for that gathering. A few other parents brought Milo’s Ice Tea and French bread. About 30 high school kids went through it like Hitler went through Poland.
Let’s just be fair and say it has its place.
