I'm not a big dipper for fresh out of the pot boiled seafood, but Cousin's Creole Tomato Dressing is damn good on boiled shrimp, but I like on COLD boiled shrimp. It's sort of like a white remoulaude in some ways.

Shexneyder's (I may have spelled that, incorrectly) Hurricane Sauce is another dynamite dip/dressing.

It's funny how people who don't dip get all bent out of shape over it. I wonder if any of them ever order crawfish or shrimp remoulaude or a salad of some sort with shrimp or crawfish or crabmeat, for that matter, which is tossed in a dressing. Same damn thing as dipping if you ask me, UNLESS the seafood in the salads have no seasoning. That would make a difference.

ketchup, horseradish and w-sauce. Heavy on the horseradish.

This, plus lemon juice and Tony's. I use this dip with all of my boiled/fried and raw seafood.

Some of my friends like my mayo/ketchup/W-sauce/lemon juice/Tony's.

I love the "if you dip your crawfish, they suck"

Is chocolate good? If so, why do they make a freaking Reeses?

Cause people like different shite.

Sometimes I dip, sometimes I use a mayo based, sometimes I just want a VERY horseradished up cocktail, sometimes I dont dip.

So dip if you want, dont dip, but have one helluva Spring!
