Benoit's in Addis is very good. My local go to.

Surprisingly, Tony's Seafood has a good one too. They sell it in small sealed plastic containers.

I agree with this. That being said Murray's grocery in St.Amant makes some good head cheese in my opinion as well. I'd place it second to Jerry Lee's. A close second.
