I have not used them, but I did some research after seeing your post. Based on my reviews, I won’t be ordering with them. There are a lot of complaints about their delivery and one person even claims to have received a bottle of Blantons with Mandarin writing on the label

Bought those at their tasting room this summer. Had a taste of their 3 year bourbon they are distilling onsite and it was nice for it's age. I highly recommend visiting them in Red Hook part of Brooklyn, which seems more like an Austin or Portland neighborhood rather than Brooklyn.
