Can anyone explain the "finger" measuring method to me? I mean, in one glass a couple of fingers is not a whole lot... In another glass, a couple of finger can be... significant.
Is there any standard on glass size for measuring a finger?

And yes, that's an intentionally weak pour. I like to let the bottle breathe before really diving in.

I’ve always assumed it’s a “standard” tumbler size.
If using a Glencairn, pour until its at the widest part of the glass.

Ha. I’m up in Colorado and forgot it was “Mardi gras”.
6 pours sounds like a good start then.
If you ever get a chance to get the Lag 12 cask strength, do it. Depending on the day, it’s either my favorite or second favorite bottle.

Found a bottle of Weller SR. Store has a policy that I had to spend at least $30 in the store just to buy the bottle of Weller. So I came home with a BT, Chattanooga 91, the Weller and the OF 1920.
