4PD never had a bad standard russell's single barrel. Hard to beat at the price

Finally tried that Ardbeg 10 on Friday, and it is killer. I plan to start exploring some of their releases in the future. Nice pour!

Those Russell's are tough to beat for the price, and there's an ample number of stores getting picks in our region too. It's funny to see those sitting on shelves while Blanton's is going for 2x on secondary.
The blind tastings are fun, especially since I only include bottles I enjoy. I like seeing changes in my own preferences over time and also incorporating new bottles. The biggest surprise of the round was the sbbs new riff edging out the Rebel. That's a hell of a pick.
The EHT is worth the accolades, but not the secondary price. I'd love to get my hands on the barrel proof.
