I’m joining you with the Pinhook. This is their special limited release, “The Big Horse.” Of all their barrel picks for the year, their head taster selected his favorite rye and favorite bourbon, and they bottled those barrels. I joined their mailing list a year ago, and they contacted me to buy one of either. I chose the rye, and I am finally popping the virgin cork.

So one thing I learned about them, hats off to their marketing department, there is an app you can download where when you use your phone camera and put it in the horse in the bottle it gives you a history and general information of the horse.
