I have gotten to pick 3 barrels with Eddie...just never my own barrel. I want that RR barrel really badly.

Thanks for the compliment. While the picking from 5-7 samples used to be the norm, more and more it’s a distiller’s pick and the store doesn’t have input. Which as Dro mentioned, means it might not be that much better then the standard shelfie

Drinking the THH version of that tonight. Don’t judge, but mixing it with the low carb lime flavored White Claw makes a nice cocktail.

Yessir. Met TA last night at a Martin’s tasting. Had the guys with me that were at my house when you came. If Goose is involved in your pick, I'd love to get a bottle. He helped out with some picks around Houston that were homeruns. Guy has a fantastic whiskey palate and JD doesn't get enough respect for its barrel pick program.
