Blind tasting two of my everyday favs. Pretty sure I know which is which. Reason I don’t like doing 2 blinds when I know what both are being poured. Still fun to guess and determine wich one I like better. This case it comes down to mood of the night.

My wife likes pouring them. She’s not a bourbon drinker but loves watching me trying to guess which is which and what’s my favorite.
Tonights winner is Rare Breed. I guessed which was which and my sweet tooth tonight I guess it what pulled RB though. Both excellent and was hard to say the Russells didn’t win. That’s why I dont like knowing the two pours.

To go bourbon. Jefferson’s cask strength. Jefferson’s sucks in general but this one slaps.
I much prefer Tropics over cask strength, and I believe they lowered the msrp down to about $67 on Tropics. Not sure if they changed anything with the whiskey though.

The Jefferson’s cask strength was the first Jefferson’s I’ve had that I thought was worth the price l, solid pour

I've been in Louisville for our annual Bourbon Trail adults trip since Friday morning, we go home Tuesday morning. I'm already $1600 in the hole on juice and we still have 6 more distilleries to hit.
I'm so fricked.
