Evening gentlemen
This is an exceptional cocktail:
Ce Soir
2 ounces Old Pepper SiB Oak Point Rye
0.75 ounce Cynar
0.5 ounce Yellow Chartreuse
2 dashes ango
1 dash orange bitters
The Rye is great, but it is impossible to find chartreuse nowadays- especially yellow

Agreed, I’m nursing mine. I had the opportunity to have a few pours from this bottle while in Missouri. I’m on a list to get a bottle of it, this is very good bourbon. Anybody know these guys?

Thanks, we were at a Liqour store in Springfield, MO and the owner pulled that bottle out and let us try it. It was excellent we got on the list to get it, I hope he comes through.

That's a real pretty Christmas Rose.......the bourbon ain't bad either.
