But this one is getting saved. This released right when my son was born, so this will be going to him down the road. Just need a lot of will power to not drink it early

heypaul, NOLAGT, anyone else, which all of the Bayou Rum lineup have you tried? It’s not something carried here locally, but I’ve got someone in Shreveport that can snag me some and I’m trying to decide on which ones. Is the rye very pronounced in that single barrel No. 1? How does the plain old Reserve stack up?

Congrats on your find. I've been trying to find something near Feb 08 or just 08 in general for when my stepson turns 18. Have a few years still, but I love the idea of a bday bottle.

Count me in. I know Jelly Clown was saying recently he's up for a gathering as well. None of my whiskey friends live near me, so it would be nice to share some pours. My wife hates whiskey, so I'm drinking it solo all the time
