Hey baw, have you had that JT Meleck juice?

I’ll be in Bunkie for 4 nights for Christmas and am considering seeking it out.

The single barrel is much better than the standard.

Good evening epic. That's a really good one.

Hey baw, I thought the regular Meleck I had was just alright. The single barrel is better but isn’t great, IMO.

I agree but it really depends on what you're looking for. The standard is light and sweet. It's a really easy sipper and I think has crossover appeal for those who don't typically drink a lot of whiskey. The barrel strength has a lot more depth. The spice balances out the sweeter notes. For 40 and 60 respectively, they're solid values.

Any help in valuing this? I bought it today for $10. It is unopened with maybe 10% loss

Edit: someone on the OT found one that sold for nearly $1600.

Good evening gentlemen. I've been looking forward to trying this one. It's a blend of two 12 yr KY bourbons, 17 yr TN, and a 21 yr Irish. Based on the mashbills, KY appears to be HH and Beam.

Old Granddad 114 is the GOAT <$35 (used to be <$30, haven't gotten in a bit)

It's hard to argue against OGD 114, especially for the price.

Last one for me this evening
