I second this suggestion.

Good evening gentlemen. Starting off with a Kluke blind.

Batch 1 is the winner. They're similar profiles overall. 2 has more citrus. 1 has a cool marshmallow note and a little more spice.

Next is aptly named

In this case, I'm not sure "Cream of Kentucky" makes it any better.

Day one and day two. Will see how this experiment goes. Heavy char first and maybe go with a toasted oak after. Will see what happens to this shine

Know how I know what is the pour we were sampling when you took that picture? That 4RLE is airing out nicely without its cork

That was a good night. My palate was burned out by the end, but major props goes to that Little Book Ch3, the ASW Fiddler and the surprise of the night in the Benchmark FP.

Anyone else notice how Lincoln Road has gone full tard? I received an email of their latest picks, and, get this, they have an Old Forester pick AND a 4R. The price on each?

OF: 200
4R 175

These people are nuts, and I sure hope nobody is buying from them at these prices.

No joke. They seem to be closer to secondary than msrp on several of their picks.

Unfortunately there are people out there paying those prices, the last few purple top picks were nothing special and they were asking insane prices. They told a friend $400 for a RR13 not long ago because they said the market demands that number

Good evening gentlemen. LR used to be a little bit higher than MSRP, but their picks were well worth it. The prices they're charging now are laughable. They have the right to do so of course, but I won't go back again, even if the prices drop. They ended up gouging like a random gas station after years of legitimate business. It's pretty striking to see them release an OF sib pick for twice what Maisano's just charged for theirs.
