I'll let you know for sure. I'll wait until I shake this head cold to enjoy it completely.

No brown stuff today. Sipping on Rye of the Tiger IPA while grilling some chicken. And thinking about some friends that haven't been as lucky as I have been on this Memorial Day.

Lord almighty it's been one of those days. Hate to sound like a whiny bitch because I know I have a lot to be thankful for especially on a day like today. God bless to all Vets and the families of those who never made it home.

I enjoyed the Cured Oak. I was able to buy some at retail but would not buy on the secondary market at those prices. Mostly hype.

I'm sure there's been a discussion on here about Trader Joe's bourbon, but I'm too lazy to search for it. What's the general consensus?

Like the bourbon with their name on it or the selection there? The bourbon itself is distilled by Buffalo Trace. Have heard its ok but might as well spend the extra $5 and get Buffalo Trace which is better

That shop is very good for getting a bottle or so of wine bubbles.
And interesting table wines in general.
Haven't tried their bourbon.
Should it go on the list?
Martin's usually has the best prices for sipping spirits.

I love the OBSV barrel proof. That might be a top 5 bourbon for me.
