That's pretty good...mine would not take too kindly to 130+ proof

I have never had the 1792 but may try some of there different expressions when they come out this year.

Hadn't seen Elmer t in these parts for quote some time

First n second pour was some 50/50 12/107...that's about it for tonight.

Burgers and apple wood...about 1:15 into it at 250deg...just about time to sear.

I've still not tried the ETL. Is it all it's cracked up to be? I know you guys love it.

NOLAGT, have you ever tried the Angel's Envy Rye? I haven't tried it yet myself. It's plentiful here, but a bit pricey. retails at around $75.

I'm not big on the rye's, but do drink some here and there.

The Angel's Envy Rye is great stuff and very different than any other ryes. It almost tastes like a cinnamon oatmeal cookie with icing. It's very sweet, but with enough spice to offset the sweetness. I'll definitely be getting another bottle soon
