great start! If your trying new bottles i might not have bought two bottles of knob creek. That also means you got two bourbons from beam stock. Bottles in the same price range from different distillerys would be Elijah Craig 12 yr, Eagle rare 10 yr

Drew, this Is a good list to start with... The ones you picked were pretty good but better bourbons are out there in that price range.
