Just finished smoking that ham I was given. Not that bad with a little apple/pecan wood. And I am not a big ham fan

Anyone have an opinion on Michters 10 year. I always think about grabbing it but at $80-$90 I always pass.

I like it neat for $80. If your looking for a higher priced bottle I would try it...but that's me.

So finally made it to bourbon house. They have just about anything you would want (except any ER 10 or 17). I first ordered a WLW....got my glass....took my fist sip...and realized this is not right. Turns out it was weller reserve lol. So after talking to them about it I finished it off and got my wlw. Mmmm love this stuff! Followed that with a saz 18 because it was closing time for them and didn't have time to mull through the list again. Little pricy but they have just about all of it and the oysters are yum!

I did decide to hang onto 4 of the glasses this time around

The wlw was 20 I think...less for saz...didn't have the er or stagg and didn't look at handy. A little pricy for there pours but they have a lot, good atmosphere, and great oysters. I saw some 4rouses 125 in there cabinet but no price. We were not there long enough for me to find out. Pappy was 90 I think, think the 15 was 30. There H16 was 130 I think...that's really high.

Yea it's worth it I think. They have a cabinet loaded with all kinda goodies right when you walk in. It's on bourbon street too so get ready for the sights lol.
