I think she used this.
1.5 oz. Bourbon
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup
1/2 oz. blackberry puree
1 cardamom pod
Sparkling wine
Lemon wheel and fresh blackberry, for garnish
Muddle the cardamom in a mixing glass, then add Bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup and blackberry puree. Add ice, and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a Collins glass or Mason jar filled with ice, and top with a dry sparkling wine. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a fresh blackberry.

I think I paid 50something. It's pretty good...honestly I'd buy that over the wild turkey masters keep I think.
Ehh not digging the makers 46 OF. Also rather than muddle orange peal like usual I just squeezed some orange in it...maybe that's it.

Springbank is a little smokey, but not overpowering. There is an earthy smell, with time and water it is more citrus lemony and herbal. Very complex and good for a young Scotch. However may not be a good place to start with Scotch.
