Question for the group. I am a salt aholic of sorts. Love dirty martinis. I recently have been getting into more scotch. Have some Balvenie 15 right now. My question is are there any areas, brands, specifics that have that touch of saltiness I like? Just curious as I am new to the scotch game here.

Not sure here. Very new to scotch, but being a dirty martini drinker myself I have doubts something could be that salty...but really no idea.

The Jefferson's Ocean at Sea bourbon has a ocean saltiness to it if you feel like entering into the bourbon ecosphere.

Thanks Avenue I may look for it. Not trying to go as salty as a martini (simply not possible I presume) but just want that touch or hint of salt. Sounds like this could be fun to taste.

Just for clarification, I read a few pages back about a pre show for the Thursday event. Is that going to happen, and if so, where and when?

I have pissed off a lot of people over the years. You might not want to be SMS. I know for a fact that JFLSUFAN might just walk up to you and take a swing...
