I don't think anyone ever responded to my question last night. Have any of y'all tried the barrel aged peychauds? I will probably use them for a sazerac at some point.

I have not. I generally just pour my whiskey on ice. But it sounds interesting.

I haven't had those, but I've had the barrel aged ones from Woodford. The regular ones are good for Sazerac's and the Spiced Cherry ones are great in an old fashioned

I've never tried the Peychauds barrel aged but I really enjoy this one. Unfortunately they are a limited release but each year they age it in a different distillers barrel (Jack, Jim Beam, Woodford, etc). I highly suggest it if you can find it.

I use the fee brothers as well. All their bitters are good including the barrel aged.
