You probably don't...his prices are probably much like the BX from the sounds of it but he does end up with really good stuff and is a pretty cool guy to deal with.

Birthday bourbon time...neat...very nice!

Seen Wellers Antique today. Is that a recommended buy? Almost grabbed some but went with the EH Taylor SB, Noah's and Rowan's instead.

Picked up a bottle of EC 21 today.

Should I mix it with Coke or 7?

Weller antique, like from the BTAC? If from the BTAC I would get that every day over the eh SB. But if your talking about the regular weller like the 12 and 107proof I think you did good. I am trying my first weller 12 and its ok but I really enjoyed the eh SB.

And you should mix it with PIB

No. Not the BTAC. Don't reckon that will make it very far north. Same for the Birthday bourbon. You southerners get to have all the fun.

I dont have any but I want to get some for the stuff I have neat. I do like to use my whiskey stones on the stuff I have neat to drop the temp just a tad. They dont make it cold by any means but just under room temp.

The ones im thinking I want are from the Bourbon house in nola. If you go and sample there pours the glass you get you can keep or turn it back in for a little money back. There price is wrapped into the pour price (not sure how much tho)

I have a set of 4 glencairn glasses. I like them. I use them fairly often. If you are drinking a barrel proof whiskey, the opening is big enough to drop a normal ice cube in.

Ehh. It's ok...guess not bad for 28$....worth trying at that price. Everyone's taste is different...there have been only two I just could not drink...both woodfords...double oak and 4 woods.
